3 Easy Halloween Dinners
Sure Halloween is supposed to be a scream, but that doesn't mean you have to hear your family scream "WHAT'S FOR DINNER?" on Halloween night.
We know how challenging it can be to get a delicious meal on the table on a regular weeknight... let alone on Halloween night, when you're rushing to get everyone ready and out the door for a fun night of trick or treating.
We've put together a list of 3 easy Halloween themed dinners, so you can feel good about feeding your family a dinner that doesn't consist of candy.
How festive is this Halloween take on the classic Chicken Noodle Soup from Morgan Manages Mommyhood? We suggest, using supermarket shortcuts and the slow cooker to make this recipe spooky easy!
Take advantage of those pre-made rotisserie chickens that smell so good in the supermarket and your favorite canned chicken stock to make this recipe a breeze.
We also suggest chopping your veggies and making your noodles in advance, then store them separately in the fridge, until your ready to dump everything (but the noodles) in the slow cooker Halloween morning. When you get home, just add the precooked noodles to the slow cooker to warm up and VOILA you'll have a delicious and nutritious Halloween meal the kids will love!
Dinner can be ready and on the table in less than 20 minutes with this spaghetti and eyeball recipe from delish.
We suggest making it even easier with pre-made or store bought meatballs. Which, can be found in your grocer's meat department or freezer section. While your there, pick up your favorite jarred marinara sauce and a can of sliced olives. All you'll have left to do on Halloween night, is boil the pasta and slice the mozzarella.
Nothing can be easier than these Bloody Pancakes from the Food Network.
Make this recipe super simple by using a store bought "Just add water" pancake mix and strawberry sauce. Serve it with a side of brains (scrambled eggs) for some added protein.
